1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms of Service

• 1.1 This Agreement is an agreement concluded by Secret Box members (hereinafter referred to as "members") regarding the use of the automatic renewal entrusted deduction service provided by Secret Box (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). This agreement describes the use of this service and related rights and obligations. This agreement constitutes a prerequisite for members to use the services provided by Secret Box. Secret Box has reminded members to focus on reading the relevant exemption or limitation of liability clauses in the agreement in bold or other reasonable ways. Both parties confirm that the aforementioned clauses do not belong to the "Contract Law" Both the user and the secret box recognize the legitimacy and validity of the terms of "exempting the other party from liability, aggravating the other party's responsibility, and excluding the other party's main rights" stipulated in Article 40. Unless the member accepts the terms of this agreement, the member has no right to use the service, and the member's choice to use the service will be deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

• 1.2 Secret Box has the right to modify the terms of service at any time. Once the terms of service are changed and modified, Secret Box will make an announcement on the relevant page, and the revised content will take effect and be implemented 10 days after the date of announcement; if members do not agree to this Any modification of the agreement can cancel the automatic renewal function; if the member continues to use it, it is deemed that the member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.

• 1.3 Members must have the corresponding rights and capacity to act when using this service, and be able to independently assume legal responsibility. If a member is under the age of 18, he or she must be supervised by a parent or other guardian to use this service. Behavior is deemed to have obtained the approval of parents or other guardians.

2. Service Description

• 2.1 This service is based on the member's demand for automatic renewal. On the premise that the member has activated this service, it is a service launched to avoid losses caused by the member's failure to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons. When the validity period is about to expire, the entrusted payment channel will deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of the member's own recharge account, third-party payment account bound to the member account, bank card, and communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as "accounts") , the billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (the same below), members can choose according to the billing cycle displayed on the secret box platform. The premise of this service is that the member has bound his Lockbox membership account with the above-mentioned account, and can successfully deduct money from his above-mentioned account.

• 2.2 Automatic renewal specifically refers to, based on the premise of 2.1, the deduction method that Lockbox collects the member's next billing cycle fee through the above-mentioned account. Members need to ensure that Lockbox can successfully deduct money from the above-mentioned account, because the above-mentioned account can be deducted If the renewal fails due to insufficient balance, the member shall bear the responsibility, and Lockbox has the right to interrupt/terminate the corresponding member rights and services.

• 2.3 Members who choose to activate automatic renewal are deemed to agree to authorize Lockbox to issue debit instructions to the account, and agree that the account can follow the deduction instructions issued by Lockbox without verifying member account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc. In the case of information, the fee for the next billing cycle will be deducted from the account. Unless the member voluntarily and explicitly cancels the automatic renewal, otherwise, the member's automatic deduction entrustment to the lock box is irrevocable. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, Secret Box will not refund the fees paid by members in any way.

• 2.4 When members enjoy this service, they shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the "Secret Box Privacy Policy" and related sub-agreement, page instructions or specification procedures, etc. Agree to the terms of service of this service and various public announcements issued by Secret Box for this service.

• 2.5 The services provided by Lockbox to members are limited to members' use on the Lockbox platform, and any act of providing services by malicious cracking or other illegal means does not belong to the services agreed in this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and the secret box will investigate the perpetrator's legal responsibility according to law.

3. Rights and obligations of both parties

• 3.1 Lockbox is responsible for providing members with information about the details of automatic renewal charges, but is not responsible for printing relevant invoices and/or forwarding them to members.

• 3.2 The secret box will send an automatic renewal reminder to the member by sending a text message or other means before the expiration of the member's validity period. If the fee for the next billing cycle is deducted from the above-mentioned account of the member, the deduction will be credited to the member on the day of deduction Payment records, and at the same time extend the validity period of membership accordingly. Once the deduction is successful, Lockbox has the right to charge the fee immediately and does not provide refund service.

• 3.3 If there is an error in the deduction process, Lockbox and the member should cooperate closely to find out the reason, and each bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties should bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault ; If the loss is caused by the joint fault of both parties but the respective faults cannot be distinguished, both parties shall share the liability equally.

• 3.4 Secret Box may change or modify the relevant service content, rules and terms of this agreement according to its business development or technology upgrades, etc. Secret Box will notify users of relevant changes by publicizing it on relevant pages of Secret Box or other appropriate locations Or modify the content, but there is no obligation to make individual notices. The above-mentioned publicity is deemed to have been delivered to the user since the date of sending the secret box. If multiple notification methods coexist, the delivery time shall be based on the earliest sending time of the above-mentioned methods. If the member does not agree to the modification of this agreement, he can cancel the service he has obtained and stop using it; if the member continues to use the services provided by Lockbox, it is deemed that the member has accepted all the modifications of this agreement.

• 3.5 The service is up to the member to choose whether to cancel it. If the member chooses not to cancel, it is deemed that the member agrees that the secret box has the right to continue to make irregular deduction attempts in accordance with certain rules. Activate the membership service for the next billing cycle.

• 3.6 If the price of the Lockbox service is adjusted during/before the automatic renewal, the currently effective price published on the Lockbox platform shall prevail.

• 3.7 Secret Box does not charge any additional fees for members to open this service, but Secret Box has the right to decide whether to charge for the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees according to business needs or market changes, and notify members on the relevant page Make an announcement.

• 3.8 If a member renews within the validity period of the membership, the validity period will be extended on the basis of the original service validity period.

• 3.9 The member understands and agrees that the withholding authority of the secret box authorized by the member will be regarded as the recharge behavior of the member himself. If this causes any loss to the member itself, the member will not claim any rights and pursue any responsibility against Lockbox and its affiliated companies.

4. Term of Agreement, Termination

• 4.1 This agreement becomes effective after the member chooses to accept or use the service, and will be terminated when the member terminates the service/cancellation of membership, unless otherwise announced by the secret box.

• 4.2 Members have the right to choose to terminate this service in the member account settings at any time. After terminating this service, Lockbox will stop providing this service to members.

• 4.3 Before the member chooses to terminate the service, the order that the member has entrusted the automatic renewal and deduction of the secret box is still valid, and the secret box will not refund the deducted fee based on the instruction, and the member shall bear the relevant responsibilities and losses.

• 4.4 Lockbox has the right to suspend or terminate this service according to its own business adjustments, price changes and other reasons. Once such a situation occurs, the secret box will notify the members by means of an announcement.

5. Liability for breach of contract

• If one party breaches the contract, the non-breaching party has the right to obtain compensation or compensation through the breach settlement method agreed by both parties.

6. Dispute resolution and applicable law

• 6.1 Lockbox and members shall resolve disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Beijing Haidian District People's Court for litigation. The interpretation, effectiveness and implementation of this agreement and other related issues shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

7. Other

• 7.1 If members have any questions about this agreement or the automatic renewal service using Secret Box (including consultation, complaints, etc.), please contact Secret Box through the user feedback portal on the function page or online customer service, shi3689476@126.com , Secret Box will reply to members as soon as possible after receiving their opinions and suggestions.

• 7.2 The title of this Agreement is for convenience and reading only, and does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in the text.

• 7.3 This agreement will take effect 10 days after the update time of the home page.
